    I am glad to know that tea is like the other plants, fruits and corns :D

    Interesting reading but I don't think it is that much scientific (and I am not a scientific :P).

    I suppose it is science in the fact of how the chemicals are affected due to outside reactions.
    But I didn't want to include all of the chemical equations in the post =p
